Shipping within the United States:

1. Up to $25.00 = $4.95
2. $25.01 to $50.00 = $6.95
3. $50.01 to $100.00 = $8.95
4. $100.01 to $150.00 = $11.95
5. $150.01 and above = $13.95

Shipping to Canada:

1. Up to $25.00 = $6.95
2. $25.01 to $50.00 = $8.95
3. $50.01 to $100.00 = $12.95
4. $100.01 to $150.00 = $18.95
5. $150.01 and above = $35.00

Shipping to Australia:

1. Up to $25.00 = $8.95
2. $25.01 to $50.00 = $10.95
3. $50.01 to $100.00 = $16.95
4. $100.01 to $150.00 = $18.95
5. $150.01 and above = $35.00

All international orders (other than Canada and Australia) are shipped by Fedex or USPS Express International Mail. However, we have no control over how long your customs office holds onto your package. Tracking is included in International shipments that are shipped via Fedex or USPS Express International Mail.

Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of cleared payment received. Delivery is estimated to be 4-7 business days.

Lost or Stolen Packages - Babblebabies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Babblebabies will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

All online prices are stated in U.S. dollars. If paying by credit card, your purchase total will be charged according to your account policy on international orders.

USPS or its local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery, not during checkout. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the methods of payment accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees collected upon delivery.

Return policy:

• Returns are accepted within 20 days of purchase on new unwashed items . You will need to pay the shipping costs for your return when you mail your package.
  We do not accept C.O.D. returns.
• Returns sent from international addresses take up to five weeks to process after the package is mailed. The credit to your account should appear within one to two billing statements.
• Babblebabies cannot refund tax and duty costs for online orders delivered to international addresses. You will only be refunded for the amount charged for the merchandise minus shipping charges.
